Most of our staff members have been with the practice for many years, helping to create the warm, comfortable environment that puts our patients at ease.

Tammy Frazier – Office Manager
Tammy has been with Dr. Polacek since she opened her practice in 1992. She schedules all procedures, works with you on financing options, and is available to answer your questions about pre and postoperative care. Tammy is an integral part of the character of our office, and she keeps things running smoothly for our Providence-area cosmetic plastic surgery practice and our patients.
Patricia Dos Santos – Receptionist
Pat has worked with Dr. Polacek since 1993, and is the friendly voice that greets you when you call the Polacek Center for Plastic Surgery. Pat plays an important role in helping our patients feel comfortable by answering questions and scheduling convenient appointments.
Deborah DiChiara – Registered Nurse
Debbie is our skin care nurse and also works with Dr. Polacek at the hospital as an O.R. nurse. She has been a nurse for 35 years and has worked with Dr. Polacek since 1995. She draws from her extensive knowledge and experience when selecting and performing advanced, effective skin care procedures for our patients.
Beth Walker – Aesthetician
Beth, a licensed skin care specialist, joins our team with 13 years of experience in the medical field. Beth is expertly trained in skin care and specializes in a variety of epidermal peels. Her philosophy of anti-aging is based on specific products and customized medical grade peels to enhance outstanding visible results. She has experience with many different lasers for skin rejuvenation as well as medical devices for body contouring. Her caring approach and passion for skin is seen at the time of your consultation.
