Every year, readers of The Providence Journal can vote for their favorite businesses and providers in multiple categories, from healthcare and beauty to dining and entertainment. Those with the most votes are considered the best in their respective fields, and only the most distinguished doctors are nominated in medical categories, making the “Best Of” award a well-earned honor.
Instructions to Nominate Dr. Polacek
As the 2026 Rhode Island Community’s Choice Awards process begins, our team is asking for your support. If you believe Dr. Polacek is one of the best aesthetic professionals in the greater Providence area, you can nominate her as many times as you’d like from March 10th to March 31st, 2026.
Supporting Dr. Polacek in this year’s Community’s Choice Awards is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Once the nomination round is active, you can nominate Dr. Polacek once per day. Visit The Rhode Island Community’s Choice Awards voting page.
- Navigate to the Beauty & Health subsection.
- Find the “Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery Center” category.
- Type “The Polacek Center for Plastic Surgery and Non-Surgical Rejuvenation” into the ballot.
- Complete the registration form (on your first visit) with your information, and click the “Nominate” button (there is no “Submit” button).
