UPDATE TO OUR COVID PROTOCOLS 4/8/22

Posted on Apr 15, 2022 Latest News

As we consult with the RI Department of Health weekly for updated COVID-19 recommendations, we will continue to keep strict, COVID safety guidelines for our practice. Due to the space constraints in our waiting room, we ask that you stay in your vehicle, park in one of our four designated parking spaces directly in front of our office and call us when you arrive. A member of our team will call you to come in as soon as they are able. We also require masks throughout the office other than during treatment. Please look for pre-treatment paperwork 1-2 days prior to EVERY visit in your text messages. We ask that you fill out this paperwork as soon as you receive it so we can properly prepare for your appointment. We will continue to require presentation of a negative test taken 24-48 hours prior to an appointment for ALL patients that are unvaccinated. There has been some confusion with this protocol…Here is the clarification (If you are unvaccinated and scheduled with one of our three providers, YOU MUST schedule a rapid COVID-19 test online with your local pharmacy so that you can present your negative-result paperwork upon entry to the office.) As a medical, “patient-facing” practice, we continually strive to keep both our team and our patients safe. We so appreciate your understanding in advance.
